We were blessed to have found Fred Sassen as our realtor for our property search. He had the patience of Job as we looked at numerous properties over several months. He came prepared for every one of them, with a list of pros and cons for the home and the neighborhood. There was never any doubt that Fred was on our side and was protecting our interests in the purchase. It got even better when we finally put a contract on the house we wanted. He helped guide us through every option to secure the best price as well as ensuring the property met our expectations. We went through 2 hurricanes and a roof leak before closing. He kept us aware of our options before and after each hurricane, as well as making sure all repairs were satisfactory to us. He is still a valuable resource to us after move in, as he and his family are well established in the community. I cannot recommend Fred highly enough.

Cheryl Roberts helped me sell my mother's house in Sarasota after it became clear that dementia prevented her from continuing to live alone. Our first encounter with Kathy was after watching one of her spectacular video listings. From the moment we met her, we felt an instant, genuine connection. At that point, we had already had several disappointing experiences with other Realtors®, so we had started house hunting on our own. Penny was tireless in her efforts to sell our property. Despite a market that was sluggish at best, she remained optimistic and very active, holding open houses and multiple showings through a slow season. Her understanding of the market and comparable was spot-on. She was very pro-active, leading the process and using her initiative throughout. We live out-of-state, and Penny was our representative on the ground, acting as the primary link between us and the condo association, local trades, renters, and more. The buyer of our property essentially had no agent of their own, which meant even more work for Penny, but she did it all efficiently and quickly. She also steered the transaction through the usual last-minute issues gracefully and calmly.
