I had an excellent experience with Laura Lawrence and Stuart Lawrence a top realtor team in Lakewood ranch. They walked me through the complicated new-build home buying process and advised me on pricing and most of all the negotiations to get the best deal. I was purchasing a second home and lived out of state during the build and Laura and Stuart kept me in the loop with regular pictures and updates. This really helped me feel at ease with the process and their assistance was much appreciated and way above the norm. Dave was amazing to work with…he stuck by our side through thick and thin and worked with us for over a year trying to find a house. He is the guy to call.
