I had such a great experience working with Kathy in selling my home. Not only was it sold in less than two months, she was there every step of the way, and myself being from out of town that was very helpful when meeting the home inspector and other contractors that were needed as well. Kathy went way above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. Kathy was very responsive and easy to get a hold of anytime I reached out, which was often given the circumstances of me living up north.

I can’t rave enough about Kathy. She was so attentive to our needs, so thorough in all the paperwork involved with buying a house, and always went the extra mile with any of our requests. I almost want to buy another house just to work with her! Great agent.

When we ask Kathy to help us find a home, We told her what we were looking for and the area that we preferred, Right away she began the search and she would update us each multiple times per week and letting us know what she had found. We went and looked at a half a dozen homes until we found the exact one that Kathy found for us, she was so patient and willing to do whatever it took for us to find our dream home. Once we did, she made the rest of the process a breeze walking us step-by-step until the paperwork that needed to be completed was finished and being of assistance all the way through, we were very blessed to have her in our corner.
