Kathy found several very nice properties to look at, and while we didn't buy the first few, she kept me updated almost daily on new possibilities until we found The one we're looking for. Once we made an offer, with guidance from Kathy, we had an agreement to buy. From that point on, she guided us every step of the way with all the kindness you could ever hope for. We had our house on the market with another realtor for six months with no offers. Kathy came in, recommended a few small projects and some staging.We did what she said and it immediately generated interest and some offers with contingencies that we chose not to take. We listed in late summer and within 3 months our house was sold. I can't tell you how grateful we are that we found her. We also appreciated Michael Saunders' caravan of realtors taking a look at our home after it was listed and providing advice. That was useful to us. Kathy is a fabulous realtor - she knows the business well and works extremely hard. She knew the people at every open house by their names, their interests and she came to other realtors' showings to market our home. We had never heard of a realtor doing this. Even though we were in Minnesota already, she kept in great contact with us and with our son who was still in our Florida home, providing updates and information without me having to call. We were not used to this level of proactive communication, and it was just wonderful. She went beyond what any realtor I had ever heard of would do, even stopping over and helping me de-clutter my garage when I flew down to quickly get it done. It's obvious she really loves her job and she sincerely cares about the people who are trying to sell their home and those trying to find a home. My opinion of Kathy as a realtor comes not just from her sale of our home. We contacted her to help us after she sold our neighbor's home in 3 days. He had it listed with another realtor prior to that for seven months. When Kathy initially walked in to take a look at our house, she met my 25-year-old college student son Jonathan who was living in the house and talked with him. He called me afterward and said, "Mom, I think she's going to be good. She's really detailed and seems really determined. I think it might be good to have a woman realtor." I do too if that woman is Kathy Bergloff.

2 minutes ago Kathy was our realtor when we were looking for a house to buy in Bradenton last year. She did a great job, worked very hard and found a home for us that met the needs of all of our family. We are extremely pleased with the house and with the deal she negotiated for us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, very professional, she made it easy for us. We enjoyed working with Kathy very much, it was a pleasure, we would use this agency again for sure, and highly recommend them

Kathy Bergloff is the kindest most considerate real estate person I have ever known. She handled the house next door me which was a tremendous chore. And she did it without complaint. She became a friend. If I need to buy or sell I will definitely call on Kathy. And when anyone asks I tell them Kathy Bergloff at Michael Saunders. Thank you, Kathy!

If you want results, you want Kathy Bergloff as your realtor. Our neighbor switched to Kathy after six months on the market and no sale, and his house sold within 3 days. We were in the same situation – six months and no offers – so we asked Kathy to take a look at our house and tell us what she thought. She told us several critical things we should do, and suggested we stage several key rooms. She said, "I can't see why this house wouldn't sell within three months." We listed it in late summer – not an ideal time to go back on the market – and immediately got a lot of interest, including a number of offers we chose not to accept. We received positive feedback from realtors and potential buyers who had seen the house before and could not believe the change. And as she predicted, our house sold in three months with two simultaneous offers from which to choose. Kathy is smart, very experienced, dedicated, and worked very hard to market our home. She's great with people. She developed relationships with people who came to open houses, learning their names and stories. She continually followed up with those who showed interest and came to other realtors' showings when she could to help present our home and answer questions. Kathy is a wonderful communicator, constantly keeping us in the loop up in Minnesota, without us having to call and pester. My 25-year-old son met her before we did when she walked through the home to take a look and said, "Mom, I think she's going to be good. She's really detailed and seems really determined.
