Kathy was so great, she really went the extra mile to make sure our home buying experience went smoothly. She answered every question expertly, and kept the whole process organized. If there was any glitch she took care of it, or steered us through it. If we ever buy another home in Bradenton or anywhere near, we will want Kathy to be our realtor again.

I'd like to give Kathy a will deserved 5 star rating. She met and exceeded my expectations in the sale of my property. Prior to signing a contract with Kathy, I had another real estate company represent me for seven months with only one verbal offer. She listed my property late a Friday afternoon at the prior asking price and had a showing the following Sunday even before she had a sign posted on the property. After the scheduled showing she had a walkup prior to leaving the property and that party ended up purchasing the property at the asking price. I account this sale to her knowledge, lovely personality and her on site presentence.

Was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. This was my first experience with the Michael Saunders & Co. and plan on always using them in the future as a result of my experience. Well done going above and beyond and exceeding expectations! Kathy listened to what I said about what we were looking for and provided a personal touch to the extra information she provided. That was something in particular that I didn’t get with anyone else.

I cant say enough good things about the way Kathy handled the sale of my home. Never have i seen someone work as hard as she did for us. I could go on for hours about how much she did to sell my home.. which i thought was an easy task.. but she showed me differently. Her ideas and her dedication was second to none. If you want someone who will help you from start to finish Kathy is your person. There are so many obstacles in selling a home and she not only guided us she put her hands to work and helped me on many many situations. I was very impressed about how much she knew about all the legal part of selling a home also. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to sell a home.

Sorry this is late, but with the selling of my home in Florida and purchasing another home in North Carolina, time just passes quickly. I want to thank Ms. Kathy Bergloff for all that she did during the selling of my home. From the beginning of our contact she was friendly, understanding of my needs and easy to communicate with. Kathy went "Above and Beyond" in dealing with me in another state and dealing with the buyers agent who was also from another state. Kathy helped with all of the repairs that were done to the house by me from the inspection report. During the time of my selling, Hurricane Irma went thru the state of Florida and Kathy left her home to go check on mine to make sure it was okay. Always keeping in contact with me with all that was going on. I would recommend Ms. Bergloff to any of my friends that are considering a move.
