Sheri was a pleasure to work with. She was always ready to show any house we wanted to see. I was a little forlorn about finding a home I could afford in the neighborhood I wanted to be in but Sheri made it happen. She went above expectations. She discovered that her company offered benefits for veterans but she needed to take a course to be qualified to offer them, so she took the course and got her self qualified. It was a great help to me and any other veterans looking for a home in the future.

We have moved quite a few times in our lives both in our former home in Pennsylvania and here in Florida. With all that experience, we can say quite confidently that Carol Simms is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered.
