We expected to have difficulty selling our 1910 historic home, but with Rodger’s guidance on repairs and staging, we received a great offer just three days after going on the market. Rodger went above and beyond as an agent. We looked at nearly 20 homes in two days, and he provided valuable insight on each neighborhood. He was patient, warm, and professional throughout.
