I want to compliment real estate agent Erin Halstead who recently facilitated the sale of my home. Erin went above and beyond what I expected an agent to do. From preparing my home ahead of the sale to working to eliminate obstacles leading to concluding the sale. The buyers were difficult with their last minute demands but Erin worked diligently to make the final sale happen sooner than expected.

My wife and I have worked with Lisa Rooks Morris to successfully sell our condominium. The process became very complicated due to buyer actions including issues with his agent and even communications with the buyer's attorney. Lisa successfully led us through the process and worked extremely hard to lead us thru the entire effort. We wanted to let you know what a wonderful buying experience we had recently with JoDene Moneuse. We chose Longboat Key for our new winter home, but we weren't sure where to start in buying a condo. When I phoned your offices and explained our search needs, JoDene was the realtor immediately suggested. She provided great guidance through the process (we are new to buying in Florida as well as new to owning a condo). She made sure any properties we wanted to see were ready, and had some great suggestions of condos we may not have considered. We were only in town for a week, and she made us feel like her top priority. She answered every question, set up second showings even when we were supposed to have provided more lead time, and proved to be a great sounding board. And once we made our decision, JoDene really brought value. The negotiations went smoothly and we closed without any issues. We now have an incredible condo on the beach and all of the amenities we had on our wish list. She took an ordinary experience like buying a new property and made it truly extraordinary for us.

I would like to thank EVAN WEBER for exceptional great service. Living in Michigan, it was hard for us to be there during the building process. EVAN went above and beyond the call of duty keeping us informed of the progression. He used photo and video for inspection sending us updates on a weekly basis. We managed to swing down there for a three day trip and he made time for us. He provided local retail information and even helped us summarize the unit until we get down there in July.

We have been looking at real estate in Sarasota since 2015, visiting family here often from Atlanta. We finally decided it was the right time and looked at only 2 condos in the area that we’ve been renting in for 7 years. The other condo was a “better investment” being larger and less expensive. It was under contract and the FSBO wasn’t sure it would close. After a week of this, we decided to move forward on the other listing with Jennifer hoping that their contract did not fall through and that we made the right decision. Jennifer was so kind throughout this one week of indecision that it made it easier to just move forward and not look back on the other one. It did go through for them and we could not be more pleased with Jennifer and her team. I’ve bought 10 homes in my lifetime and I believe Jennifer Linehan to be the most thorough, professional, and at the same time personal agent I’ve met. Thank you is an understatement.

I have the great pleasure to send you a note of gratitude on the help I had selling and purchasing of my homes. Judy Nimz made it happen! Her compassion and professionalism were with me every step of the way. My husband and I purchased the house, I just sold, in 2013 with Judy’s help and guidance. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market, so it was with much pleasure to be able to engage Judy again for the recent transactions. I received regular updates from her, and never once, did I have to initiate a call or request as Judy was always a step ahead providing me with information. She is a very generous and kind person. Client services, these days, very often seem to not pay attention to the client, however, in Judy’s case, she is the ultimate professional in putting the client first. We just recently closed on [our new house] in North Fort Myers, and we could not have been happier with Sandy and Rich. They were extremely responsive to our texts, emails, and calls while we were back in Illinois. They did a great job picking out and showing us houses, and then when we pivoted to a different house, they moved very quickly so we could secure it and close in a very timely manner. Also, a big thanks to our friends from Illinois, who hooked us up with Sandy and Rich in the first place.

We would like to praise Sherri Mills for all her help and support in the purchase of thou new home. She assisted us as we began the process of selecting an appropriate home site. She toured model homes with us, and examined floor plans in the pre-construction period. Next, she met with us and the construction manager and suggested a private inspection. The inspection was very helpful as we continued the building process. Sherri participated in many meetings with our construction manager, and helped connect us with the mortgage company. Sherri is a true professional, and we are grateful for all her efforts. We admire her generosity, donating part of her commission to a local non-profit organization. She is an amazing woman!
