Rudy Dudon did an excellent job as our Realtor Agent, locating properties, and getting us as Buyers to closing, on a Condo at the House of the Sun in Siesta Key. I would strongly recommend Rudy to represent Buyers or Sellers in their Real Estate Transactions. My brother and I had to sell our fathers home he left us in his estate. It was not an easy decision to make to sell, and we went back and forth for quite a while trying to decide. To be completely informed, we interviewed multiple realtors to get a fair market value. As soon as we spoke to Rudy we knew we had found the right person for the job and we knew it was the right thing to sell the place. Rudy made our transaction seamless which was so much appreciated because neither of us live in Florida. He and his team took charge and made the process go so easily. Rudy Dudon, and his team, has been GREAT to work with! My wife and I purchased 2 condominiums on Siesta Key in the last 18 months and without Rudy working as our agent I can honestly say that we would have lost out on both of these deals. Rudy is the man. He went above and beyond to help us sell our siesta key home then worked equally as hard to secure us a great condo. He truly does give “white glove” treatment. Besides doing all that he secured a wedding venue for us through and old friend/client. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Rudy. We not only found a great realtor but he is now a good friend.
