Excellent transaction with Rudy (our second). If you are looking for a realtor that knows Siesta Key, then he is your guy. In both our transactions, we explained what we were looking for briefly and in short order he was able to give us a number of different options. He also has excellent connections with the local banks and insurers, so finalizing a transaction in Florida for an out of state person is simple. Can't recommend working with him enough.

Rudy and his team are second to none! Our sale was set to close when Hurricane Ian hit. Being that we live out of state, he kept us posted as the storm progressed and even went to check on our property to make sure that it was buttoned up properly! We experienced many hiccups and delays during closing, but he was always on top of the situation. I can't say enough about the level of customer service we were given as well as the way he handled our property from listing to closing!

We just completed a purchase on a home in Sarasota. We were extremely happy with Rudy's service. He provided excellent guidance options and realistic advice that is critical in the fast paced west coast Florida real estate market. We were shown a variety in a fairly broad price range so we were able to make a decision quickly and without the expense of flying back and forth multiple times from New Jersey.

Rudy was great. I had a difficult property to sell and all I had to do was follow his directions and he and his partner Allison Sadar showed the property to someone who paid my asking price in MAY 2022.
