Exceptional agent! Phillip was very understanding and passionate with his work. My wife and I had a limited time to purchase a property in areas that we had never visited. He showed us houses from Bradenton to Venice beach. He was very patient with us in our search for our house. He only wanted to make sure that we found a house that we loved. When he was out of town, he introduced us to Wayne who helped us in his absence. The two of them were awesome and we would highly recommend them!

Professional & Trustworthy Philip walked me through the sale of my property process seamlessly and what he had forecasted as the potential outcome prior to listing, was the exact end result (based on his analysis of the market trend). He and I discovered a minor wrinkle in the land survey that I was not aware of when I purchased the property, but Phil navigated me through the issue and we successfully closed shortly thereafter with another buyer. The property market here in Sarasota is hot as we know, but Phil brings with him a confident flair with an exceptional grasp on both value and integrity to the real estate industry.

Best Realtors in Sarasota, actually in Florida! It was amazing to see Philip and his Associate , Wayne take on the sale of my home! Not only did it sell in three days, but I didn’t have to raise one finger! It was like, being being cared for by dear friends. There were little concerns that popped up, but were immediately resolved for me! It was a true pleasure to work with Philip and Wayne and I would recommend them to any seller or buyer for sure!
