Best Realtor Around! Philip was recommended to us by a close friend of ours. With this being our first house buying experience, we wanted someone that was knowledgeable and aware of the market conditions. Upon our first phone call with Philip, we discussed what we were looking for and all of the details needed. He immediately got to work trying to find our perfect home. He was in constant communication with us, regarding new houses hitting the market and as everyone is probably aware houses didn’t last long. Philip’s knowledge of real estate was very helpful as he understood our needs, what we wanted in a house, all the way down to the contract details and what would appeal best to the seller among the multiple offers. His attention to detail gave us the ability to find our PERFECT home and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are so happy we have had the privilege to work with Philip and are excited to use him again in the future.

I cannot say Enough Good things about Philip Pisano! Let me start by saying; 5 Years ago my Parents first met Philip while strolling into the Michael Saunders Real estate location on St Armands Circle. They stayed in touch and 4 years later purchased there Dream Home with Philip! Having met on several occasion at this point and seeing the great care he took to exceed my parents expectations My Choice for a Realtor was easy. Philip is an exceptional listener, he makes searching for and buying a home feel like you have your best friend working for you. He had my best interest in mind from the beginning to the end. I should add that trying to buy a home in this Market is CRAZY! Yet with his guidance I found the perfect Home for my New start here in Sarasota on only the 2nd Try! I knew the neighborhood I wanted to be in and the first place he took me to I got outbid. However the 2nd one in the exact same building he managed to get us a showing before it even hit the Market! Philip and his partner Wayne are the best! Every question I had, every phone call or text I sent......all answered with the utmost patience and clear answers. He even helped me sell some of my furniture. First rate service. I loved my home and it was hard for me to put it on the market but Philip and Wayne encouraged me and confirmed that I was doing the right thing for me at this time in my life.

The best realtor in Florida! I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns. He is very responsive and returned my calls right away. Philip is a great realtor with a wonderful friendly personality. I have another family member who will need a house in the fall and you know I’ve already recommended Philip. If I ever decide to sell he will be my first call.
