Marlene Marshall is a complete Realty Professional. Not only did she sell my home at Island Reef, she brought me rental customers for the years before I sold. She knows ALL Siesta Key, and she lives and works at the Island Reef. Her husband George compliments the team perfectly. George is also the Island Reef President of the condo board. Marlene represented us in the sale of our home. She was thoughtful and respectful of our desire's with regard to the sale of the property from start to finish. Marlene is extremely professional and pleasant at all times; it was my pleasure to work with her. I was able to reach her at any time and that was very important to me. It was a pleasure working with Marlene Marshall regarding the sale of our Island Reef Condominium. My wife and I found her to be professional, creative, intelligent, hard working and competent. Besides having an excellent global perspective, we found that her attention to detail was also at the highest level. As we own another unit at IR, we are not going anywhere for the present but would not hesitate to list our unit with Marlene should it ever become necessary to sell.

We met Marlene at an open house she was holding. We inquired about another condo, and with her excellent market knowledge she was able to answer our questions immediately, and was able to set up a viewing. Marlene arranged for us to see many condos, and really get a feel for the area. This resulted in us purchasing a wonderful condo, and we look forward to new adventures in Siesta Key, and our continued association with Marlene and George (who was also very, very helpful).

After two years of testing the waters on purchasing an investment home in Florida, we tapped Marlene to help us bring the dream to reality. She listened intently to our interests and shared properties with us that might meet our interests. As the market recovered, our very narrow set search criteria left us few properties to consider. When we finally found the one we considered ideal, Marlene let us know we were just hours late with our bid. Dejected after years of mustering the confidence to proceed, we retreated back to a mindset of casual browsing. Marlene gave us a call later that day to tell us that she might just have a listing materializing that would work for us. This lead Marlene had been following was the absolute perfect property for us. Marlene's husband, George, quickly took a video of the property and sent it to us, as we were making a decision from 1,000 miles away. Because Marlene knew so much of what we wanted, it was a no-brainer to trust her recommendation and make an offer having seen nothing more than the video, disclosures and the property's specifications. Just months after the closing, we couldn't be happier. The seller was easy to work with and Marlene and George took care of the deal--and us--every step of the way. We can't say enough great things about working with Marlene. She's on top of her game.

I am writing to give Marlene Marshall my highest recommendation. Marlene possesses all the attributes that one would hope to find in a real estate agent: she knows her market extremely well, she is diligent, responsive and extremely patient. Marlene is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes great pride in offering outstanding service. Marlene is a consummate real estate professional. She maintained high ethical standards as she represented my wife and I and the seller of our new condo. By knowing our likes, dislikes, and priorities she quickly found us a condo that we both love. Through her contacts we were the first to see the condo leading to a quick acceptance of our offer.
