Janet was great to work with. She kept my sister and I up to date through the process ( we both live in New York). She went above and beyond to help. There was some bumps in the process( our fault not hers), that didn't slow her down. Would absolutely recommend her!

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with the job Janet Oberholzer did for us with regard to the sale of our mother's home. She is the ultimate professional. She was meticulous with the details. She sold the house in what I felt was record time and for much more than we thought it would sell for. From the beginning, she was receptive to our wants in a home, showed an extreme amount of patience and related Venice's history and what Venice has to offer. Janet always responded to emails and text messages - even when she was on vacation!. We were never pushed off to someone else. We felt "taken care of" from the first time we met to even after the closing, when she stopped in to see how we were settling in. She also provided us with a list of personally recommended furniture vendors, handymen, etc., which we have used extensively.All in all, working with Janet is an easy, smooth and amazing experience.

Janet was incredibly attentive and diligent in helping us find our home in Nokomis. We were under a very tight timeline and she pulled it off! She was also a true pleasure to work with and we enjoyed her company along the way. I was very impressed with Jon as well! He and Janet worked really well together pointing out various details to pay attention to. They struck a great balance in giving us individual custom attention but also the space we needed to make a decision. Great folks. So grateful for them!
