What a wonderful experience! Doug Parks was so great to work with and made the entire process so easy. He is very professional and very good at what he does... Doug provided services that were above and beyond any other realtors I have dealt with. He was timely, provided great advice and handled all that was required... Since I still live in Michigan and I could not be there for the close, he even handled the walk thru and closing for me. I was and am so grateful. I have purchased two homes now with Doug leading the way. Both times he has gone above and beyond in every sense to make sure we had a great home buying experience. Doug truly values his integrity above all else, which seems to be very rare in this industry. Doug went above and beyond in selling our property. Not only did he oversee minor construction, painting, carpet installation, etc., he also brought us a higher price than we ever expected. I can't say enough about his attention to detail, his follow-through and his willingness to do do whatever necessary to make the whole experience seem effortless. He is a true professional in every sense--honest, hard-working and extremely nice. I am so glad we chose him as our Realtor and I will miss working with him.

A total 5 Star rating for Doug Parks! It was the best real estate experience that I have ever had. Doug went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. I felt like he really cared about me and the property. Any repair work needed, Doug would see to it that all the arrangements were made. I live in Tampa, so it really made it easier for me. He sold the home quickly because of a few suggestions to clean up the property and his keen knowledge of the market. Doug was always accessible anytime that I needed to speak to him. I would highly recommend Doug Parks to anyone. He is an exceptional professional that sets a higher standard for the entire real estate industry.

My husband and I have done business with Doug Parks with 3 Florida properties, and he has done an outstanding job on each one. Doug first represented us when we purchased a condo on Longboat Key in 2012. He handled this transaction with such professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-up, that we knew we wanted him to help my sisters and I when we were selling 2 condos from my parent's estate this year. Both properties were sold and closed on less than 2 months after signing the listing agreement. This was not an easy task, since all four sisters live out of state. We enjoy working with Doug and recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Southwest Florida.
