To think that this amazing friend has been with us for five years helping us to find a place to call home- we feel so blessed. After listing our first home, multiple home searches over the years, changes to those searches, many house showings, putting the search on hold multiple times, changing our minds several times, putting in offers, rejected offers, starting over, and finally finding one this past week that we are very hopeful for, I can only say that Debbie has been nothing but amazing. She put up with us and our boys running around empty homes, getting a hold of other people's remote controls, Levi, Olli getting bloody at house showings and our ever-changing list of needs and wants. Although we knew her before this whole process began, she has truly become part of our family. My husband & I met Debbie in the spring of 2015 via a referral from a sharp, high producing agent in the Punta Gorda, Fl area. We knew no one could quite match our referring agent, but were we ever in for a surprise! We mapped out our 5 year plan with Debbie and she helped us find, negotiate the purchase, close and get settled into our 'interim' home on Snead Island. We loved it so much, we considered abandoning our 5 year plan to move to a larger home wth more land on bigger water. That is all ancient history now, as we prepare to move out of our now-sold Snead Island home and into our beautiful home on Longboat Key. Finding this unique home turned out to be the easy part, as what followed presented challenges that even had Debbie scratching her head. But she never scratched for long. Instead, she proactively sought out solutions for each of our challenges and helped us resolve each issue in a manner satisfactory to all parties. Debbie operates with the belief that a successful residential real estate transaction is one where buyer and seller are both satisfied with the outcome. In conclusion, Debbie's intelligence, creativity, longevity in the community, dedication to her clients and experience are a mighty combination. If I could provide 10 stars for Debbie, I'd do it in a NY minute! I cannot conjure enough superlatives to convey the extent of her professionalism, dedication, tenacity, attention to detail and going above & beyond to "make it happen". Thanks to Debbie we were able to get the boat slip at a price we wanted. She is always great. She is also wonderful at handling our anxiety which is not so easy at times. After securing a wonderful deal for our condo at Riviera Dunes and now the boat slip, we are spoiled with the special service and great advise Debbie always has given to us.
