Christy is terrific! She took time to really get to know me and my desires and needs and is very intelligent and competent--and charming! She knows the market and the city and area extremely well thanks to decades of professional experience and her own personal experience of living in the area. Christy has spent a lot of time searching and watching for homes and neighborhoods that match my wish list for which I am grateful--no hours wasted on looking at properties that don't come close. She is a gift to prospective buyers!

Christy Neff is a gift! After searching on my own and being unable to differentiate one "community" and home from another via listings and even open houses, I was blessed to be referred to her. She immediately grasped my goals (the antithesis of what most people are looking for in Florida!) and understood my desires and needs. She is honest, understanding, not pushy, patient, and a go-getter....trust her totally to put my needs and desires above the commission. Her partner is terrific, too--a great pair.
