We worked with Christy Neff for over a year before we ever met her. She listened to what we said we wanted and sent us photos and descriptions of many listings. Additionally, she mailed us useful material pertaining to Lakewood Ranch properties and Sarasota. We finally met in March 2019 when we scheduled a appointment with her. She spent several hours showing us Lakewood Ranch and properties -- both old and new. Christy has a winning personality and is certainly very knowledgeable of LWR and Sarasota. Although we have decided not to buy a house in Sarasota, we certainly enjoyed working with her and we have already referred her to another potential buyer.

Although I am sure that Christy is excellent in all aspects of her job, I can only give testimony to my interactions with her via phone call May 30, 2018. Christy was very polite and friendly and answered thoughtfully all my questions. She listened to my doubts, concerns, and wishlists for where we may be interested in residing and for the type of residence that we are looking for. Christy expressed her honest opinion about our expectations. She left me with positive thoughts about Sarasota.

We have been coming to the Sarasota area for about 10 years. We found ourselves without accommodations for 2018 unexpectedly. Christy has spent time and has been extremely helpful in helping us to find new accommodations for the coming year. She has made contacts for us and has offered suggestions which we hope will resolve our housing problem.

We had been coming to Sarasota for a number of years, always staying with friends. We love the beaches, Beer Can Iland at the North end of Lonboat key was our favarite beach. We lived in Vermont and Sarasota was a better way to spend the winter. In spring of 2011 we rented for the first time from friends for 4 weeks. At the verry end of our stay we wanted to rent a nice place for the next year but found that this is not affordable. So we found Christy who showed us around for an entire day, but nothing realy fit. We were ready to quit but Christy wanted to show us one more place, we absolutely had to see it, Bays Bluff Condo right on the bay side on 14th st. and Tamiani. We walked into the fourth floor apartment and said it is sold. The price was right, we made an offer a shade down, got a positive reply. On all her other showings we commented and told her what did'nt fit. She kept this in her mind and left the solution to the end. A real smart realtor. We cannot say enough to convey our appreciation of Christy Neff, and her tireless devotion to finding the right house for us. She gave us the complete tour- sharing rich local history, shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as recreational hot spots. She helped us cherry pick areas to look at and we could not be happier with our final decision. Our new neighborhood fits our personalities, style and budget. Christy is meticulous in seeking out details, as well as being very personable and a keen negotiator. Her real estate knowledge is extensive and her colleagues at Michael Saunders also provide excellent input. She has valuable knowledge of contractors in the area and was even able to show examples of their work. We have already recommended Christy to three others and can only hope they heed our advice.
