I am certain you have heard this before,but my experience with Barbara May in the search, negotiation, close and follow-up has been beyond compare. And I have bought quite a few pieces of real estate. Barbara knows the business, knows the local real estate market, knows how to work with both the buyer and the seller and understands the concept of great customer service. Barbara totally restored my faith in realtors. Being in the construction/design industry, I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years. Many have been great, but I have seen more than my share of realtors that I felt did not enhance the experience and often had little knowledge of the product or best approach to the process. Barbara handled every bit of our relationship and her approach to the task with acumen, experience, care, empathy, and, best of all seemed to literally take care of all aspects of the process. I could not have had a better experience and feel she was invaluable to our final outcome.

Barbara is the complete package. Buying a home is an emotional experience for all involved, she was the calm in my emotional storm. We had a wonderful experience maneuvering through the maze that a real estate search and eventual purchase can be. Barbara listened to our needs, respected our budget and flawlessly led us on an extremely efficient 2-day search West of the Trail, in Sarasota to find our winter get away! We had communicated to her electronically before we arrived in Sarasota, she had hand picked certain properties for us to view, then she and Julia McClung proceeded to make it an enjoyable few days. We were on a mission to find something to purchase before we headed back north, and Barbara and Julia came through! Their knowledge of the local real estate market is top notch and her advise is invaluable. We purchased in November 2016, and Barbara is still involved with helping us out and staying "on top" of things when are away. In our eyes, Barbara and Julia are the "Go To" Real Estate agents in the Sarasota area!
