We had a wonderful experience maneuvering through the maze that a real estate search and eventual purchase can be. Barbara listened to our needs, respected our budget and flawlessly led us on an extremely efficient 2-day search West of the Trail, in Sarasota to find our winter get away! We had communicated to her electronically before we arrived in Sarasota, she had hand picked certain properties for us to view, then she and Julia McClung proceeded to make it an enjoyable few days. We were on a mission to find something to purchase before we headed back north, and Barbara and Julia came through! Their knowledge of the local real estate market is top notch and her advise is invaluable. We purchased in November 2016, and Barbara is still involved with helping us out and staying "on top" of things when are away. In our eyes, Barbara and Julia are the "Go To" Real Estate agents in the Sarasota area!

I would rate Barbara and Julia as exceptional. Their knowledge of market conditions and every aspect of the sales process - from listing through closing - made our transaction virtually painless. Barbara knows the Sarasota market extremely well; she is highly attentive, diligent, responsive, yet very patient with her clients. She will treat you like family while representing your best interests and consider you a friend well after the closing. It would be hard for me to envision someone doing a better job than Barbara or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her.
