We worked with the Top Realtor Team of Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence twice, once to buy and then to sell our new construction home in the Lakewood Ranch Area, specifically in the Star Farms community. It was a very challenging time from a sellers perspective due to a small pool of buyers and a large inventory of similar homes for sale. A true buyers market. Stuart and Laura guided us through the entire process and helped us remain calm, cool and collected in a very difficult market that was personally very stressful for us. Dear Michael and Drayton, I can’t begin to tell you how impressed my husband and I were with Barbara Milian as our realtor.
