I first met Denise when I was about 7 years old, my family and I lived in the same neighborhood as her and her husband. My family and I would often go to their house to swim in their pool and hangout. I was too young to understand the concept of hospitality, but looking back and after reconnecting with Denise now, I can see that not only has she not changed, but her love for her profession and others has only grown. When I started looking for a place of my own, at first I was looking to rent. After God's perfect timing kicked in, my mom suggested that I should contact Denise because she had seen that she was a realtor and somebody we could both trust. Denise walked me through the process and was very patient with me through it all (being a first time homebuyer). That summer, I was going through a very difficult time and the time I got to spend with Denise out looking for houses erased all of that for a little bit. After some doubt had gotten in my head, she even helped and reassured me I was making a good decision. Fast forward to today, I am filled with hope, peace, gratitude, and am beginning to love again. I’m writing to inform you of my recent experience with Michael Saunders & Company. Although I have been a homeowner before, I had not used a Realtor or actively searched for a house to purchase. I can’t imagine going through my recent home-buying journey with anyone other than the Alliano-Fox team. The difficulties that arose, and any questions or anxieties I experienced were quickly and considerately addressed. Early on I knew that I was in good hands with these two dynamic women. Susan and Sally were consummate professionals. It wasn’t just their knowledge that stood out, it was also their consistency. They always made time for conversations and inquiries, compassionately understanding any doubts or reservations and attending to details I couldn’t have anticipated or handled on my own. There are many daunting and confusing aspects of such a monumental transaction and I am eternally grateful for their advocacy and guidance. In the future, should I look to purchase another home, or recommend a Realtor to someone who is, the Alliano-Fox team will be the only choice. What do you do when you are selling your home at one of the worst times in Florida history? You go with the best agent and that agent is Debi Benson. From the first time we interviewed her (and several others who didn't make the grade) to the day we closed on our sale, Debi was there for us whenever we needed her. Her ideas are always on point, she tells you the pros and cons of anything and lets you make up your own mind, if you need her to be at the house, she is at the house, if she doesn't know an answer, she will find out and not try to BS you. She knows the area well, she knows the local and national trends. If she will be away, she will let you know how to reach her or give you someone who will be there if needed. So, all the smarts and a really, really nice person on top of that.

Robert Brooker is a one of a kind person. He is professional, gracious, and very giving of his time. My experience with Robert was excellent, as he went above and beyond to make the sale of my property happen. My mom and I are truly grateful to have had Robert in our "court" during a time in our lives that was a bit tumultuous. I would like to give him 10 stars if I could, but I guess 5 will have to do!! Just wow, Tammy Kitt hit this one out of the park for me. From the get go she was professional, and courteous, understanding my need to sell in a limited time due to financial reasons. She explained that it was a slow time of the year, and an election year, but said, lets do this! She explained the process, and held multiple open houses, she even made cookies! To my surprise I had an offer within a month, but then the unthinkable happened, the buyer after signing the contract and past his due diligence period wanted to back out. Tammy advised me of my options, and the crisis was averted, thanks Tammy! The closing process was smooth, she stayed in communication throughout, and stayed on top of everyone involved to ensure closing happened on time and I was able to close on my old home and my new one on the same day. She made multiple trips to the new property for guidance on my walk through, and even to meet with a vendor for blinds. I can't say enough, so thankful I had her to guide me through this major life event. Thanks again Tammy!
