We had a great experience working with Adrienne and Bill on a condo purchase on Long Boat Key. We came in from out of town, so had a very limited amount of time to look. Prior to our visit we communicated by email to establish what our wants/needs in a property were. Adrienne followed up quickly with well categorized groupings of properties, which we narrowed down, and she then organized into a schedule we could manage in the time available. While viewing properties she and Bill were helpful but not intrusive, answering our questions on the spot, or in follow up. Our purchase went smoothly, no doubt because Adrienne was on top of all the working parts and made sure things happened on time. We very much enjoyed working with Adrienne and Bill. Communications were very prompt, we liked viewing properties with them and felt we could trust them. They are Long Boat Key locals and their knowledge and love of the island is very apparent, and helped in our decision-making. We are very happy with our purchase, and highly recommend Adrienne and Bill.

I have bought and sold several homes over the years and worked with many different realtors. My experience working with Judy Nimz was, by far, the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. To determine the right price at which to list my home, Judy came equipped with the most thorough comparable recent sales information that I have ever received. Because the property was listed correctly and the marketing plan was so well done, I was able to achieve a sale in a short amount of time. Judy worked diligently to help me achieve a smooth closing that would accommodate me even though I moved out of Florida prior to the closing date. She is absolutely the best!!
