Their location within Lakewood Ranch, and their detailed knowledge of the Lakewood Ranch market, proved helpful in many ways. In our opening meeting, Stuart presented us with detailed market analysis data. When we found the right condo, Stuart expertly guided us in making an offer which was very valuable. Laura was extremely helpful in understanding the many details throughout the purchase process, and she advised us of the actions we needed to take along the way. She was always accessible and very responsive, and she shared practical insights throughout. Whether you’re looking to buy a new home or sell your existing home, stop your search for a real estate agent and start working with Sandi immediately! We first met Sandi in 2021 when we were first time Florida homebuyers and she listed a home we ended up purchasing (we had enlisted another agent to help us with our search before meeting Sandi). When we viewed this home we peppered Sandi with a million questions and she had an answer to every single one with back up documentation. She was so incredibly pleasant during the inspection and closing process and was a valuable source of information as we settled into our new home (unlike our real estate agent who disappeared after the closing). When we ended up looking to sell this first home in 2023 we turned not to our original real estate agent but rather we turned to Sandi. Sandi marketed our home with gusto & was so incredibly valuable with insights on proper pricing, staging guidance and was a dream with stellar communication throughout the process. She actively marketed our home with email blasts and followed up with each agent after showings and kept us abreast of feedback. We quickly ended up with not only a buyer but a back-up offer as well. On the flip side, we also used Sandi in 2023/2024 when we were searching for a new home. An absolute professional. From the moment Sandi stepped into our home and explained her game-plan to market our home until the moment checks were distributed, Sandi was there every step of the way. You only know the true worth of a realtor when there is a complication with your sale, otherwise anyone can represent you. Unfortunately for us we had to go through the pain of using any realtor first (wasting six months) before we were directed to Sandi. Our property had an issue with the location of the patio cage which was encroaching into the utilities easement, no title company was prepared to provide a clean title, even though when we originally purchased our home, the builder through their own title company provided us with a title. The only way to fix this problem was to go back to the builder and get them to resolve the issue. Sandi was relentless, she reached out to the president of the building company and convinced him to raise and pay for the county documentation needed for a clean title. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. My wife and I would highly recommend using Sandi as your realtor.
