We have bought and sold over 10 houses and our experience with Linda Driggs of Michael Saunders was by far the best I have ever had. We really didn’t know Sarasota and asked our realtor in Naples to set us up with someone who knew the area well and could show us around. Linda met us at 9AM and gave us an incredible tour of Sarasota. She spent the whole day showing us different communities, golf clubs and the different Islands of the Sarasota region. We had lunch in the amazing downtown area. Linda was such a great ambassador of Sarasota, that by the end of the day we knew we were going to buy in the area and which particular neighborhood. We figured that we would wait until something we liked came on the market in the next 6 -9 months as there was nothing for sale in the immediate neighborhood. About a week later, though Linda's network, we got word of a house that was going to go on the market. We viewed it and a day later worked with Linda to make an offer. After a few rounds of negotiating, we came to an agreement. This is where Linda's value is even greater. Linda has a phenomenal network in the area. Before the house closed we met with Linda's designer, handyman and electrician to line up all the work needed after the close. As we were remote, Linda helped coordinate all of the meetings and helped guide us through the whole process. The whole process from first meeting Linda to closing took about 40 days. Barbara has helped us with 4 real estate transactions on the buy and sell sides, including guiding us through building a new home. She knows the Lakewood Ranch area, the builders and home values well. Barbara is an incredible real estate agent. My husband and I are in corporate jobs and have moved 10+ times and she is the best realtor we have come across. She is so effective at her job and helped us find the right home. We were moving from Boston to Sarasota and we called up a few real estate agents. We met with Barbara and knew she was who we wanted to partner with. Barbara is organized and incredibly effective at her job. Not only did she give us the most honest and trustworthy guidance in the process, she was so knowledgeable. We looked at a home that seemed great but backed up to a small road, she knew that there was further expansion of that road happening next year and that it would have been really impactful to us. She didn't have to share that information and could have pushed us to buy, but she really wanted what was best for us. Then we found our dream house and she was amazing in the negotiating process and then walking us through what needed to be done to close. She really held our hand through the process and made things easy. Barbara provides a full service where she and her team are on top of things and made it so easy for us. She goes above and beyond! I could not recommend Barbara more.

I would like to take a few moments to sing the praises of Elizabeth Van Riper who became our friend and real estate agent over the last winter. My wife and I were spending our second winter in Sarasota when we decided we would like to buy something. We had been introduced to Elizabeth through a mutual acquaintance and she quickly showed us some available real estate in areas that we knew and had asked about. It was only after a first transaction fell through that Elizabeth's knowledge and insight really started to shine. She gently persuaded us to look into an entirely different area....and within a week we had a signed contract on something we loved. Not only was her knowledge of the Sarasota market impressive and useful, but her "emotional IQ" in understanding us equally valuable. She is both a consummate real estate professional, as well as a sensitive and interested human being. I truly believe that had it not been for Elizabeth's perseverance, we would have left Sarasota without completing a purchase this year.

Denise made everything SO easy, from viewing homes, to mortgage qualification, inspections and follow-through with the builder.
