We sold our last home with Linda in 2009. Despite the fact that our home was being listed at the beginning of the economic downturn and showings were few and far between, Linda's resolve to help us sell never faltered. She worked very hard to expose our home to as many buyers as she could. She was always patient and professional despite the difficult times. We stuck it out with Linda for far longer than other sellers would have and against the advice we got from many well-meaning folks who advised us to switch realtors if we weren't selling. Eventually our patience and her hard work were rewarded with a very good offer and sale. We would use Linda again and always recommend her to our friends.
