Our house was under contract in about 30 days. Linda was absolutely the greatest person to work with. Linda is like the "Energizer Bunny" always running. Linda was extremely professional and the advertising she provided was outstanding. Her contacts throughout the real estate world seem endless. Linda seems to always be available or makes time to be available to answer any questions or provide assistance. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and what the market is doing. Linda also looks out for your best interest during the sale and all the way through the closing. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.

Mere words cannot fully express my thanks and praise to Debra Gurin when my property was sold. My daughter lives out of state, so during the listing of the property Debra kept her up to date by email and phone. When the property was sold Debra brought all the paperwork to me to be signed. She explained all the costs and then worked the miracle of closing in a day less than a week. I have lived in Punta Gorda for 23 years and will most certainly recommend Debra to anyone I know who wants to sell their property.
