Scott rates excellent with me. He is a very friendly and patient person. You ask him something and he gets the answers for you. There needs to be more Realtors like Scott. He's is not pushy about getting a sale. I asked him if he could help me with something about a house on very short notice and in a spur of the moment, he was there. Some Realtors might say they were busy that day or could we meet at a later date and time. But because of that, he got a sale from me.

We spent a week looking at property in the Punta Gorda area with Karen and other agents. Having spent years in sales I have great respect for Karens professionalism and efficiency. Although we didn't close on a deal it was not her fault and she will be the first one we call we we head south to look for real estate again.

Excellent - Jan has been a tremendous help to us in our house hunt in the Inlets. She has provided us with information about the association and covenants. Whenever we asked she set up showings of houses in which we were interested in viewing and kept us informed about price reductions and new listings. Jan has consistently been in touch throughout our search and she has been terrific. She is a warm and professional realtor.
