After interviewing a number of successful realtors in the area, my husband and I engaged Debbie to sell our home. It was a difficult sale for a number of reasons, principally we were selling in a community that is outside of Bradenton and still being developed, thus our sale would be competing with new homes and construction. Throughout the process Debbie continually worked to market our home using many techniques, including creating a wonderful slide show with topnotch pictures and a personal website for our home. After four months we finally went under contract. No one could have predicted what happened next. The buyers of our home ran into difficulties with a large lender, and what should have been a smooth process to the closing table within 30 days, turned into a challenge that finally resolved two months after going under contract. During this ordeal Debbie never stopped working with the buyers' realtor and lender. Both Debbie, and Pam Ali, the broker at the Bradenton Michael Saunders' office, worked tirelessly to make sure that our home closed, and they were always very responsive to our questions and concerns. In fact, Debbie maintained constant communication with us during a time when she had to leave the state for family commitments. If you are looking for a very caring person to work with during the purchase or sale of a home, look no further.
