Robert Agnello was recommended to me by my sister, a snowbird who lives in Sarasota. She told me that he is highly recommended in the Sarasota area. I can see why! He has a very genial easy going personality which takes the stress out of a very stressful event. He was professional, courteous and remained positive at all times. His communication was constant and encouraging. I went to another realtor prior to Robert and was very dissatisfied. When viewing properties they had no information. Robert on the other hand knew the property and its value, and history. I was able to make a purchase with my eyes opened and enjoyed the experience. As with all real-estate they can be tricky and scary but Robert made sure that we made a deal that met all expectations and then some. We would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a property and would use his services again in the future. I am pleased to give a testimonial for Jennifer. She made herself available to us during our brief time in the area and was always organized and efficient. I did not realize there was so much work for her to do in the background to set up places for for us to see, that met our extensive criteria. I now realize it is necessary to stick to a prearranged schedule, especially when the homes have tenants or owners living in them. Unfortunately for both ourselves and Jennifer our criteria changed throughout the process and we realized we could not have everything we wanted. For example, we wanted a condo with a view, but it had not donned on us that then we would be unable to barbecue outside of our unit. We are now back in Toronto, and out of the real estate market. but I am happy to recommend Jennifer to others.

We can not thank Jennifer enough for all of her talented, determined efforts to sell our home. She was professional, yet totally friendly and open. She was skillful and guided us when we were so confused. She is just an amazing person. Both of us agree that she has found her calling or her passion. She never once was discouraging, but always upbeat, no matter how many showings. We always believed it would sell because of her absolutely positive attitude and caring about us as people. Also, she made the entire closing process go smoothly once we had a buyer. Even the buyer's real estate agent remarked about her knowledge and smooth interactions. My wife and I had occasion to work with Laura in the purchase of two investment properties in the Bradenton area. One of these homes eventually will become our retirement home in Florida.
