Noel did an amazing job marketing, showing and closing on our home, much to our satisfaction. Every home sale comes with challenges and she worked hard to meet them every time she showed our beautiful home. She was professional, approachable and willing to have us be part of the strategy of our sale, while guiding us the entire way. She was always present and engaged when showing our home, with full knowledge and perfect delivery of all of the home's attributes for potential buyers. Jennifer is absolutely without question the best! We were the most problematic buyers imaginable, she should give us a one star review. We are very picky and viewed 40ish homes and Jennifer was so patient and accomadating it's unbelievable. Also, we hit a snag with our mortgage lender as we were relocating and Jennifer put us on to a new Broker and solved the problem immediately. Can't say enough great things about her.

Jackie was so helpful in educating us on the Sarasota area and ultimately helping us find our new home! She was very generous with her time and took us to many communities. Her knowledge of the area was spot on. She was also a pleasure to spend time with!

"Professional-friendly-accessible" Met Shane by chance. He made himself totally available on a weekend to take me to look at beach condos. What an awesome guy! He was so friendly, so professional, and knowledgeable. I bought one of the condos he showed me and am sooo happy about it. I would recommned working with Shane if you want someone honest.
