I have had the opportunity to stay at The condos here on S.Osprey Ave in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos, both were wonderful!! . For a year I was able to stay in condo 102A it is a two bedroom two bath very spacious condo with a beautiful screened in Lenai and a large outdoor patio! It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you may need! I was able to add my own touches to the lenai with a few fun furnishings and flowers to make it my own. My unit was on the bottom floor easy accessible through the gate from the parking lot or the front door. I travel with my dog and she absolutely loved laying in the Sun on the lenai and in the patio in the mornings we have shade and it's beautiful to set and drink a cup of coffee and just enjoy the florida mornings and evenings. I am only minutes from siesta key beach and only minutes from Publix CVS and beautiful restaurants. You can choose to walk, bike or drive to any of these locations easily. The condo community is very friendly and quiet. They have a beautiful pool that you can also enjoy! I love it here and hate to have to leave, but know that i am always welcome back! Ana Varone is a wonderful hostess and her and her husband are always just a phone call away to answer questions or assistance as needed! Tracy did a great job. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend her. She listened to what our goals were in finding a property in Venice and applied her extensive knowledge of the area to find us what we were looking for. We are out of state clients so much of our communication was done electronically. Tracy was always quick to respond and provide us with the information we needed.

Since Irene became our realtor, she has worked hard at advertising and showing our duplex, doing everything possible to sell our property! Hoping this note finds its way to Michael herself! Bought this modest condo basically online. My wife and I have been looking in the area but from Indiana. Ran across this listing and best of all a wonderful lady/Realtor representing the property. Jackie was honestly the main reason I/we bought the place. She made us feel like we were there! Helped us with the sale the paperwork, financing, the list is long! We had seen other properties in our area listed with Jessica that sold rather quickly and decided to list our home with her. She has a broad knowledge of the Rotonda area and a high standard of professionalism. We were able to communicate with her on a consistent basis. Marcy is an absolute pleasure to work with! This was my first home purchase in Florida and I was not entirely familiar with the community, but knew the type of home I wanted to buy. Marcy was very instrumental in guiding me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business in this area and clearly explains the benefit and disadvantages, based on her experience.
