If I could give 10 stars, I would! With both me and my brother in far-away states, Bernadette went above and beyond what we expected a Realtor to do to help sell our aunt's house in Florida. She was able to wrangle maintenance workers, cleaners, furniture donations, acquiring appliances, staging... SO much help. We both appreciate her and her awesomeness. If you need a Realtor in the University Park/Bradenton area, I can't recommend Bernadette highly enough.

My husband and I recently purchased a vacation home in Sarasota, FL and had the pleasure of working with Garry Neeves. Garry is the most professional realtor we have ever met. He was easy to work with, has a nice sense of humor, and was a great communicator. Each time we asked a question, he found an answer and followed up in a timely manner. When we looked at houses, Garry provided a book with a detailed description of each home with cost and feature comparisons. With his help, we found a house by the end of the weekend. Garry did a great job negotiating with the selling agent and taking us through the negotiation process to inspection. If we were asked to recommend an exceptional realtor, Garry would be our first choice.
