We are still actively working with Sandra Maslen on the sale of our home (under contract, closing June 2014) however I wanted to take the time to write a note commending Sandra on the outstanding job she has done thus far for us. From the moment we called her discuss listing our home she has been nothing short of amazing. I met Marybeth when she was a newly licensed agent in Nashville, TN and was immediately impressed with her drive and passion for selling real estate. She is the agent who wants to make sure she listens to your wants and needs before setting out to open doors. She has a great gift when it comes to finding the perfect home for her clients based not only on what they have told her, but what she observers during their home tours that is communicated by body language or off hand comments. I have followed her career for over a decade and never have any qualms about sending her referral business. I would be extremely comfortable having her personally represent myself or my family in the purchase or sale of real estate...and that is from the perspective of a veteran real estate professional who is very picky.

I want to thank Michael Saunders & Company for the wonderful service I received recently on buying a home in Sarasota. My agent was Debra Hauge and she was wonderful. This was my first experience with buying a home on my own. She was with me every step of the process and made everything happen in a timely and smooth manner. Jody was always pleasant not to mention extremely professional and competent. Most of all, she was always available to take even my most mundane questions with a cheerful attitude. Jody was usually the person to initiate communication as she continually kept us up to date on the progress of our transactions.

My wife and I could not be happier with the service that Jody has given us. We purchased two properties and sold one over the course of the past year. Jody helped us sell our house in a very challenging market. We learned to appreciate her ability to communicate issues and potential obstacles throughout the process.
