We met Kandy at an open house and knew immediately that she was a professional we would enjoy working with. Throughout the buying process she was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the real estate market in Sarasota made our experience easy and fast. Kandy solved every problem that popped up, she offered advice when we requested it, and was able to provide information on area services we needed to complete our transaction. Not being from Florida, Kandy's help proved invaluable. We are happy to say that we settled on our property in March and are anticipating our first visit. We look forward to seeing Kandy again as she truly feels more like a friend than just a super competent realtor.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Taberski to anyone looking for a home. Living in NH, you need to have great trust in your broker to finalize a long distance transaction and she was fabulous.
