SOLD IN 5 DAYS…Need I say more? Actually, yes there is much more to say because Sylvia was so great to work with. From day one, Sylvia was extremely professional, helpful and she went out of her way to sell our home. She put a lot of work into helping us price the home so that it would allow us to get the equity that we wanted while also ensuring that it attracted attention and sold quickly. Once we determined the list price, Sylvia was quite helpful in guiding us to stage the home so it literally looked like a model home and had a “wow factor”. I’m confident that if we didn’t have Sylvia’s help and guidance, the home wouldn’t have shown so well and it might not have sold so quickly; which was our primary goal. While Sylvia was in the process of selling our home and preparing for closing, she was also very helpful in helping us purchase our new home. Sylvia always made herself available to show us homes and was extremely diligent in answering and returning our calls. Sheila Meeks
Buying a house in a State that is not familiar and far from family and friends is stressful but not with Sheila Meeks as your guide. My husband and I had that 'feel good' feeling from the first hello. Sheila is the probably one of the most professional and astute Realtors I have ever met. She spent hours finding out what we wanted and needed and she made every moment count. I recommend her to my friends and family now and suggest they pass her information on to their friends. She made looking for a house very enjoyable and I would like think she sets a very high benchmark for all realtors.

Marty is extremely professional and enthusiastic about helping you find just the right home. She listens to your needs and narrows the possible showings to include only those homes that suit those needs. She doesn't waste your time looking at properties that do not fit your "needs list".

Carol Cohen is intuitive and honest, as well as simply a delight. We never felt rushed or pushed in any way. Her knowledge of the market was simply priceless. Carol worked so well with everyone during the entire process; she has a natural southern charm that cannot be denied. We felt very reassured that she truly had our best interests at heart. Carol worked hard to make everything clear for us and was so straight forward and honest that we knew we could trust her.
