We are from Michigan, so trying to find a property in Florida, when you are that far away, has its challenges. Doug is extremely good at what he does. He is very attentive, not pushy. He listens to what you are looking for and delivers. We needed some work done on the laundry room and Doug took the time to help us find someone who would complete the work before our move-in date. He also helped us in many other ways, to make our purchase as easy as possible. We have worked with many realtors over the years, but never had such a satisfactory experience as we had with Doug. We would strongly recommend Doug if you are looking for property in Florida.

The professional quality of Janis Collier’s presentation of the approach her Collier Group and the total Michael Saunders firm would take to the marketing of our home left absolutely no doubt as to whom we wanted to represent us. This letter is to refer Rick Van Houten to any prospective home buyers. He is an extremely hard working and relentless realtor who made our dreams come true. We were buyers who were interested in an area that we were not familiar with, he was very honest and knowledgeable about the properties. He always kept us updated on the status of the closing and was stellar in the 3 month battle of getting our property closed. I was always confident he was looking for our best interest. If he is your realtor you can be confident you have the best working with you.

Rise Wells provided excellent service in listing and selling our Punta Gorda property. There were several challenges in this case - we are located in California, one set of buyers dropped out of the deal when they couldn't obtain financing - but throughout the process Rise kept us informed, offered helpful advice, stayed upbeat, and continued to market the property to a successful conclusion. I was first introduced to Katie in Feb 2013 under very difficult circumstances. My father listed his home with Katie, the home sold and my father fell ill and passed away two days later. Selling a home and moving is daunting enough, but with the simultaneous death of a parent on top of that, I thought the world was collapsing around me. My mother looked to me to handle everything, and I did, but not without Katie. Home inspections, walk-throughs, coordinating repairs, utility transfers, hiring movers, making funeral arrangements, etc, Katie was the supportive figure by my side the entire way. No doubt Katie had an extensive portfolio of properties, but I would not have known it due to the level of personal attention she provided me through the entire process. Finding a real estate agent is easy, but finding a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients is a real find. I have recently used Katie for my own real estate shopping in Sarasota county and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie to others who are considering entering the area real estate market.

We were so lucky to find Janet to handle our Sarasota Condo sale. She was very efficient, trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable of the local market. She gave us great advice from the beginning, during and after the closing. She paid attention to every detail and was so thoughtful. We live in Charlotte NC, but we never seemed far from the action because of Janet's thoughtful and effective communication skills. It was truly a great experience working with her ! Jim and the Grand Oaks team have been very helpful and informative during our home buying & building experience. Both Jim & Lori along with the design team have extended themselves and in our opinion, have gone beyond the call to accommodate us. Their responses to our questions have been almost immediate, even after hours. In addition, they continue to provide superior service to us (customer) even after the sale has been made. Thus far we are very pleased with the entire process.
