We met Marybeth while renting a condo in Boca Grand. She he introduced us to the Boca Grande Area as well as Manasota Key and Englewood areas. Her knowledge and love of the area was infectious! We looked at condos on the gulf, and the bay. Finally we decided to look at single family homes and chose a beautiful single family home. Marybeth helped us make an offer. She carefully and patiently guided us through the process, encouraging us along the way without pressuring us.
