I recently sold my house and I had Jaymie represent me and my home. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do this job. She is so caring and personable!! These qualities are important when it comes down to someone representing you. She went above and beyond for me! My house wasn't in the best of shape and she treated it like it was a mansion. If you are looking for an amazing woman to sell your house Jaymie is it!!!!!! I'm constantly handing her card out when someone mentions that the are buying/selling their home. Absolutely love her!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer who provided good follow up, good ideas and always kept me in the loop even when things seemed to take longer than expected. I so appreciate her attention to details and the willingness to take extra time to explain things to me and to go over information for my brother as he was the person who had to sign the contract and she coordinated everyone with ease and professionalism. I feel like she went the extra step to make sure I had my money in a timely manner too. Jennifer is a very conscientious and hardworking agent and I am so fortunate to have worked with her.

Jim Litton was the primary person we dealt with over a four day period. There was another person, Steve I believe, on Jim's day off. Both made us comfortable and were knowledgable. Jim was outstanding and we appreciated the "lay-back non-pressure" atmosphere he exuded. Made us feel comfortable in his presence. Being comfortable led us to be confident in asking pertinent questions. RSF

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer when we purchased our Villa in Burnt Store Marina. What a pleasure working with a true professional. Jennifer listened to our "wish list" and budget and showed us a variety of properties that met our criteria. Never did she try to "up sell us" by showing properties that exceeded our stated budget. She did an outstanding job of keeping us informed during the paperwork phase of our purchase by phone, email, text message.....whatever was the most efficient for both parties. We would like to feel that we not only have an outstanding real estate agent but also a new friend in our community.
