It's not the kind of attitude that one can fake, it has to come naturally, and it does to Annette. Yes, she's a terrific salesperson, but most successful Realtors are. We decided to list our condo for sale with Jamie. While we were waiting to sell our condo Jamie contacted us about an available condo that was just coming on the market. He knew that this was exactly what we were looking for, so we made an offer and became aggressive on selling our condo. While we were waiting for the closing, Jaime was able to sell our other property. He was even able to arrange closings on the same day for both units. We could not have been more pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and service of Jamie Styers and Rudy Dudon.

The service I received from Joanne was exceptional; she was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate. Joanne helped me purchase two homes and I was very pleased with both transactions. She was on top of everything that needed to be done: scheduling inspections, appraisals, appointments for workmen, even ensuring I got my cable rebate. Peggy Mock was just outstanding; she was an adept listener, a proactive advocate for assisting us in bidding on a house which was under contingency contract. She kept us in the running in any way possible, as well as helped us lock in on and purchase our current home in The Plantation. We felt we did not have a chance, however Peggy advocated for us and now we have a beautiful home in this lovely neighborhood. Dan Freed listened to our living needs, location preferences and used his knowledge of the Sarasota residential market to uncover a brand new development, Esplanade by Siesta Key. While we were waiting for the house to be built, Dan provided us with helpful information about the Sarasota housing market, insurance, establishing residency, the quality of health care, etc. Dan was highly recommended to us by friends that he helped to find their new home in Lakewood Ranch. Maryanne Kurtz and Dan Olson sold our house quickly and at a price that met with our satisfaction. So, that rates a "10". They were very professional, personable, friendly, fun to interact with and very helpful in presenting our home. Add all of those attributes to the work they did to keep our house in excellent condition while we were away and you have a team that went well beyond the normal relationship. In 2013, Ed Haggerty sold my home in Lakewood Ranch. The sale was not the easiest due to the fact that I was out of state from listing date until the closing and because the prospective buyer was rather difficult. But through the entire period, Ed was extremely helpful. He had to do everything because I was not on site. In dealing with a difficult buyer, Ed always exhibited patience and professionalism. Perhaps the best word I could use to describe Ed is professional. He worked diligently and professionally to provide the maximum service.
