Karen was our listing agent and our buying agent. She sold our home in three days. She worked with us to find our "perfect" home. She showed her professionalism when negotiating a contract to buy. She went over every detail making sure everything was correct. We have purchased many homes and this was the easiest and went the smoothest. It has been wonderful working with Linda since day one! She is extremely well organized, well prepared and knowledgeable, works very hard for her client. Selling our house in University Park was a difficult decision. She has made the process go smoothly. Shopping for a condo in downtown Sarasota with Linda Driggs is easy. She plans the visits well, organizes all of the information and knows exactly what to look for. When it comes time to create a contract, Linda is the best person to make it go smoothly.

Patty was amazing for us. We were relocating from the northeast and had a very limited amount of time I could be in Bradenton to look for homes before we had to move here for a new job. After a weekend of house hunting that did not yield the perfect home we had such confidence in Patty that when a home we thought might be the one came on the market the morning after I returned up north, Patty checked it out for us and suggested it was the one. With the market being as hot as it was was I was not going to be able to see it for myself before it would have been under contract. Patty called us after seeing it and told us it was the one. We never had a doubt that she was correct. We are happily in the house today and if it wasn't for her judgement, aggressiveness and understanding of what we were looking for our budding family would not be in the perfect house for us!
