Denise supplied us with numerous listings which met our specifications. We then made a trip to Florida to inspect the most attractive of them and were able to execute a contract within three days. She then recommended very competent professionals for inspections and closing. She also has stayed in contact and was always ready to assist us with any questions we might have. When you live in up-state New York and are trying to buy a home in Florida, Denise is your agent to go to. She sent us numerous listings meeting our needs, one trip for us and now we live in Florida. The best part was the one week closing! Not that we jumped on the first place she showed us, we spent a couple of days looking at homes throughout the area.

When my Mother-in-law passed away I was made exectutor of her estate which included 2 lots in Rotonda. one on a canal and other opening to fairway. After several attempts to sell the lot at 144 Marker Rd, I was fortunate enough to locate Rosmarie who fought the good fight and found us a buyer therefore completeing the job of selling our last lot in Rotonda. Thanks to her the sibblings of Donna Klemm are very happy. Thank you again Rosemarie.
