Miriam was tireless in trying to find just what we wanted, to the point where once units were selling so fast we could not respond fast enough - she found us a unit not yet on-the-market, we were able to see it and buy it before it was actually listed.

Miriam was very helpful and knowledgeable from day one as she was working with us. Thanks to her keeping a close eye on the entire process we were able to have all the required documentation finished on time, without delays or need for extension on the closing day, we actually closed on the new home one week early.

It was a great experience trying to find a condo and closing. Kevin Carroll was always accessible and very accommodating. When we found condos we liked, Kevin provided additional information and pictures that was very helpful. I had tried to buy a couple of years ago with a different real estate agency and it was horrible. So if you are looking to buy here be careful, all real estate agencies are not equal. We came down on Mother's Day and we closed by Father's Day - it was a great experience!

Recently my husband and I purchased a unit on Central Avenue and would like to pass along our experience, especially Jennifer Putnam. I want you know that Celeste Dymnicki did an A+ job for us. First, she did a great deal of research while we were searching for properties. Second, she managed all the visits exceptionally well. Finally and most importantly, she did everything that was necessary through this very difficult closing process to make the deal happen, while protecting our interests. She most definitely has been the best real estate agent that we have ever used. Celeste did such an outstanding job for us and we are very pleased!
