Pam was efficient, over the top helpful, knowledgeable and gracious throughout the process which ended successfully with the closing. Her service to us was phenomenal. Seemingly she works 24/7 as we had conversations and shared e-mails all hours of the day and all days of the week. She spent many hours covering for us there with inspections, installations, seller repair issues and a host of time consuming items. Pam far exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a true professional realtor.

Rudy Dudon has just sold my apartment at the Palm Bay Club on Siesta Key and I wanted you to know what a pleasure it was working with him. He found a buyer 2 weeks after the apartment was put on the market which as you can imagine both amazed and delighted me. He was always available to answer my many questions and was extremely helpful throughout the selling process. If ever I wanted to buy or sell he would be the first person I called. Karen Enis was the best realtor I have ever had. She took me to every community in the areas I was interested in - never trying to talk me into a higher priced home than I had expressed my budget dictated. She did many open houses to show my property whenever she was allowed by the rules of the community. She was very patient with me - always putting my needs first. I felt it was very important to her that she help me find the perfect home for me. We did and I am very happy in my new home and in my new community. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone wishing to relocate. She is very professional and really knows what she is doing.
