Dan represented us as a buyers agent. Clearly Dan is a true professional. First of all - he listens, gains a good understanding of not only the core basics of our search but all the nuances that would make a house our particular ideal home. Using that information, and his own extensive knowledge of the market, market conditions and specific areas of South Sarasota, he provided excellent guidance in our search. Last week my wife and I completed the purchase of our new home on Siesta Key and I am writing to let you know how pleased we I have been with the the thoughtful, courteous, and professional help we received from Karen Greco of your agency. My wife and I have moved 24 times over five decades and have purchased homes seven times. Never, in all those transitions, have we been better served by a real estate professional. Ms. Greco listened with care as we explained our requirements and targeted homes for us to see that fit our needs. As we searched, she provided very helpful information regarding the locations involved, the market in the area, and potential that each home represented. She helped us obtain prompt estimates for work we felt we might need, dealt with owner representatives, and helped us learn about local requirements (including those related to insurance). Since we were living in Falls Church, Virginia, she had to work with us, much of the time, from a distance. Buying a home can be stressful, but this was not our experience this time, thanks to Ms. Greco. Working with Dianne was a wonderful experience for us. Following and extended courtship with John where he was persistent in an extremely laid back, California kind of way, my wife and I decided to go with John. We found him to be a true professional, always taking notes and never failing to get back to the customer on questions asked whether to his benefit or not, we would highly recommend John.

I've had business dealings with John for about 4 years. I really appreciate his honesty. John takes the time to answer questions but never uses high pressure sales to force a decision. It is always a pleasure to meet an honest salesman. It truly is a rare thing in this day and time.
