Diana is very thorough and responds to every question in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the area has been exceedingly helpful for the out-of-town buyer. Diana was exceptional in the negotiating and closing process of our condo in Sarasota. Closing on the property was complicated and I am not sure the deal would have been completed without her tenacity and skill. I can say that this was the most pleasant and responsive agent I have ever worked with. We would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Over the years, my husband and I have bought, sold, and bought again working with Marlene. Her knowledge of the local market is excellent, and she's always available to answer questions or discuss concerns. In a tough market, working with an experienced agent is critical, and Marlene has that experience. We recently purchased a larger condo in Siesta Key working with Marlene, and found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. Marlene was quick on her feet, advised us on the best way to proceed, and secured the deal. We are very happy with our new second home, and thanks to Marlene's diligent efforts we will enjoy it for years to come.

Theresa and David Meyers are an amazing team. They sold my home in just a couple of days and worked diligently to help me find a home in a neighborhood where homes are rarely available for sale. They made the entire process possible. Their reminder that I should wait for the home that ,"Made my heart sing", helped me get the perfect home within doors of two of my best friends who also have homes in the neighborhood. We can't say enough good about Theresa Meyers and Dave Meyers of Michael Saunders & Company. We have purchased many properties over the years and have never had a Realtor work as hard at selling a property for us or finding exactly what we were looking for. Watching them working as a team is amazing! We plan to purchase another property in the future and will use them as our realtors. David and Theresa were great. They worked to sell my home with great enthusiaism and were able to find a buyer in a time frame that was very short.They overcame all the hurdles and we were able to close in 30 days. We had the pleasure of working with Diane on the purchase of a condominium in Sarasota. Diane was exceptional throughout the process and I highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction. Peggy Horlander is by far the best realtor/estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
