What would we have done without Dan? We would probably still be stumbling around trying to find our way. Dan took us under his wing and has continued to guide us through this process coming to Florida! We started with an excellent agent and have ended up with a true friend!

Because of a short-notice job relocation, we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. Our next-door neighbor had just recently found a buyer for their house within about a week of listing. They spoke very highly of the amazing realtors who helped them. Their agents were none other than David and Theresa Meyers with Michael Saunders & Company! Needless to say, when it was time for us to sell ours – we knew who to call!! From the first contact, David and Theresa presented themselves as two individuals who were down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and in a very short period of time we developed a relationship like we had been friends for years.
