Diane spent many hours and many miles showing me many homes. Our original plan was to find an investment property and then we changed our minds and decided to find a new home for ourselves. She put up with all of my changes and concerns with a smile and a wonderfully considerate manner. And even talked me out of a few decisions I would have regretted afterward. My husband and I just closed and moved into our new home from Bradenton to Sarasota and haven't even unpacked yet. The home we bought had a tenant living in it and our first closing was delayed a week because they had not moved out. Diane made it her mission to stay on top of the selling agent to make sure the tenants moved out prior to the second closing. I will and have recommended Diane to everyone I know that is searching for a new home. Thanks for all your hard work!

In a perfect world all REALTORS would offer the same level of service, however, this is not a perfect world. The selection of a reputable REALTOR is what makes the difference between a worry free real estate transaction and one of constant confusion and disappointment. We chose Sandy and Jerry to help us find a winter home in Sarasota, Because of their professionalism and expertise, the experience was very pleasant from the start of the search through the closing. After I narrowed my search to Sarasota I found Kristina by pure luck. After giving Kristina my wish list she went to work immediately sending me options based on my price range. Flying down on multiple occasions Kristina was exceptionally patient while forming a vision of the perfect retirement home for me and my family. Our home included everything on our wish list and then some. Kristina was there every step of the way through the closing and even took an entire morning off out of her very busy schedule receiving multiple furniture deliveries for me. I can not say enough about Kristina's professionalism, intelligence and extremely pleasant manner. My wife and I wandered into the Michael Saunders LWR office one day early this summer, and were very fortunate to get connected to Dan Desoto. During our initial visit, we told Dan we had not even listed our house in the middle of the state for sale yet; this did not deter Dan, he still took the time to show us some homes in the area. Later in the summer, we listed our home, sold it in two days, and came back to see Dan the same week and bought our new home in LWR. Through the entire process culminating with closing, Dan was the consummate professional. Even now, if I need anything, I feel like I have a friend in Dan whom I can trust.
