June was informed, prepared and efficient in every possible way as my realtor. She knew the positives of the areas of Sarasota and the negatives for my particular needs. Mostly she knew the answers to my questions but, if on the rare occasion she did not, she promptly contacted me with the requested information. I bought my home while in another state. June McEleavy was me in Sarasota! My husband had 2 surgeries during my house hunting and my elderly mother had an accident. June is a techy-lady making me feel like I was in each home. I actually purchased the home I now own and love without my husband seeing it other than a virtual tour! I cannot imagine a better realtor exists. I will call June McEleavy for any future real estate matters and sing her praises loudly to others.

I called for a realtor regarding a property in Punta Gorda and Rise Wells was recommended. She got in contact with me in less than 24 hrs. She called me and spent alot of time with me. She answered all my questions and was very informative of the concerns I had with a property. She was great and I wiil continue to have her work with us on locating loproperties.

From the very first time we met Marybeth, she made us feel completely at ease, answered all of our questions and worked tirelessly to put us in the perfect situation. As the negotiation and contract process went along, she was there to answer all of our questions in a timely and competent fashion. She followed through every time we asked her to do anything and she made this process as smooth and worry free as possible. Kristina Talkie was referred to us by a close friend and our financial consultant. She was very patient and perceptive in leading us to the perfect home. She was present at every decision point and every meeting through our closing. Then she helped us resolve some post-closing loose ends such as redone repairs.
