But what impressed us the most was the level of trust she established and that she was sincere in her relationship with us. I listed my Waterford home with Bob Harsch in 2011 at the recommendation of friends. The market was really awful, as so many of us know. Bob's knowledge of the local market and real estate law were amazing. More than that, though, were his integrity and honesty. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear--he told me what I needed to hear, and he sold my home with great professionalism. I went back to him in my pursuit of another home in Venice this past Spring because of my appreciation of the aforementioned attributes. He is always so well prepared and familiar with his listing sheets during each group of showings, and so well informed regarding each set of HOA information. So, after much patience and time on his part, I bought a home through Bob in VGRC. Thanks, Bob!

Lynne was very courteous, knowledgeable as well as personable. She was very informative about the process considering we were dealing with a short sale as well as an out of state closing. Although, the property we purchased was not considerably expensive she still put in the effort as if the property was a more upscale piece of real estate. Through the entire process she met all deadlines and even worked with our best friend in Bradenton to ensure that the property could be accessed for a proper inspection. Overall, the whole purchase process went along very smoothly for which I attribute to Lynne's skills and ability as well as a pleasurable personality to deal with anytime she was called upon.
