I worked with Beverly on the sale of my mother’s house on Siesta Key. It was a unique property that required a unique buyer. We moved from Tampa to Glenn Lakes in Bradenton -- completely new to the area. Although we were the buyer and Leah was the seller's agent, Leah was extremely helpful in interpreting HOA bylaws, giving us resources such as lawn care, handimen, painters etc. She was very honest about the house and professional In every aspect of the transaction. I hit a home run when I found Philip! BAM From the very first day we worked together, Philip has continually kept me up to date on the latest listings! He was always willing to show me properties by the next day! It took me two years to find the property I wanted to buy. He was extremely patient with me and told me not to worry -that I would eventually find the perfect home for me.
