Susan is an amazing human being. She was brought on to handle the sale of my home in a divorce scenario. From the first moment, she showed nothing but compassion, combined with the highest professional presence. The process required a number of complicated, often time-consuming meetings. Susan was never anything less than incredibly kind and available. We hit the jackpot when working with Judy Nimz! She immediately sent us villa info she thought we might like. Spent a few days with her and found our new home the second day. She took care of all our questions, or if she didn't know, got back to us as soon as she found out. She knew we had some concerns and even stayed with us during the home inspection. Recommended a great moving company. Very nice lady to work with and will always recommend her!

Primarily dealt with Kelli Welch on the Thayer team, and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole buying process. Kelli, as well as her partners, JJ and Jennifer all worked together to help make a stressful buying process, less stressful. I called immediately upon seeing this condo listed for sale as I had waited for one in this Condominium along North Shore Drive for a couple years, and knew exactly what I wanted. After viewing it the first thing on Open House day, I continued through with the buying process, and closed shortly thereafter. The whole Thayer team were helpful and efficient with their jobs, and I will happily use their team again, should circumstances arise where I need to buy or sell.
