I met Neddy at a "Open House" and automatically decided that this is the person I wanted to represent me in my House Hunt. I selected her because of her great business personality and not because of the company she was with. She is sharp, hard working, on time for meetings, returns phone calls / e- mails quickly and agressive in finding the type of housing you are looking for. She was always contacting me about our search to includes up-dates-etc. Neddy knows how to talk to people because she has such a great personality and smile. We live in Georgia but Bradenton has been a part of our life for more than 20 years. When we inherited our family's property in Cortez, we suddenly found ourselves in need of advice and direction as to what we should do with the property and how to plan our future in this place that has truly become our second home. We were blessed to find Debbie. She was raised in Bradenton and has intimate knowledge of the area and the local markets. Jamie worked diligently to find the perfect house and neighborhood for us. We were dealing with many variables at the same time, including finding a place near me for my mother and a buyer out of state. She worked night and day for me and listened to every concern, preference and need that I had. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful home and land. Jamie is professional, delightful to work with and is never out of touch or unavailable. I would send any family member or friend her way immediately. I would like to write to give a great praise for Jennifer Taberski of Michael Saunders and Company. She was one of the most professional people that I have done business with in many years. From the moment we met Jennifer she made us feel at ease working with her. We are from Cincinnati, Ohio and I thought doing a real estate search from afar to Florida was going to be a nightmare. We had decided to look in the Port Charlotte area and many surrounding areas and Jennifer was more than accommodating in helping us find many homes in our target price in the areas we had given her to review. I am very impressed of the properties that she showed us in our marathon couple of days we came to Florida in. My wife and I were looking at the used market and she was very patient with all of our needs. We had made an offer on one property in Riverwood that did not work out for us do to the timing of the transaction which was from a previous offer. She never showed anything other than positive reflection and excitement that we would find the right house for our needs and we went on to look at more properties. We ended up finding a new home in Grand Palm in Venice that Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting us through the whole process of the offer thru the closing. I cannot say enough about Jennifer and would highly recommend her to any client that wants to have a caring and professional person handle their real estate needs!
