We have just sold our home using Terri Derr and Rita Holbrook. We’ve moved 27 times over the years and sold several homes in a long career. This was the very best service we have ever had. Terri is a pro at what she does. The closing agent Jennifer Crawford was the most efficient administrator I’ve experienced lately and this whole exercise, which can be difficult at best, was extraordinarily well done. Along with finding the right property, we were looking for an agent that would focus on an investment unit that fit our budget and be responsive getting us information in a timely manner. One by one other agents fell by the wayside through not listening to our needs, not providing information requested or simply not responding. It was a pleasure to work with Rudy, as he excelled in all these areas. He has a great knowledge of the area and the ability to look at a property from an investment perspective.

Lynne listened to what my daughter was looking for in a home and worked with us tirelessly until we found the correct house for her. When it came to closing there was a hiccup which Lynne stepped into resolve with a solution that both parties found acceptable.
