This was a very difficult sale. We actually needed to sell this condo more than once to get the condo association to accept the buyer. Ms. Harkins is wonderful. Ms.Harkins worked hard at searching for the right home for me. She kept me updated often on her searches and was flexible in arranging times that fit into my schedule. From the moment I told Mr. Loebker that I was interested in purchasing a home, he worked tirelessly to ensure that I found the perfect home for my fiance and I. We cannot say enough about our realtor, Marta Roy. After vacationing here last spring, we made the decision to move to Sarasota and put our home on the market. But when the house sold in only six days, we gave Marta a real challenge of finding us our dream home from a checklist we devised some 1200 miles away... and with only about two months to do so. Marta was in constant communication with us, sending listings with virtual tours that made us comfortable selecting ones we wanted to explore in person. She also made sure those listings covered a broad region of both Sarasota and neighboring towns and then supplied us with background info on each area or development. Pam was consistently diligent in her efforts; she presented low ball offers with dignity and respect, while maintaining focus on the price. She maintained a willingness to present the property despite our unwillingness to reduce the price and maintained her professional, optimistic attitude, despite setbacks. Her advice was always timely and accurate in challenging situations. The sale was completed amidst multiple offers, with the asking price achieved. I would recommend her to others without hesitation.

I cannot say enough great things about Leonard. He is well educated, well spoken, held constant open houses, excellent communication and extremely patient. He handled all the details of maintenance and repair. I live out of state, so this was extremely important. He had a list of contractors, painters, accountants and lawyers when I needed them. He showed up at the memorial service for my father. He is the hardest working realtor, truly goes above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone.
